We partnered with Archambault Insurance, a family-owned insurance agency, to develop a branding and advertising campaign centered around their strong community presence and personalized customer service. The campaign, titled “Real People. Great Service.”, reflected the agency’s commitment not only to their clients, but also to the local organizations and philanthropic initiatives they actively support.
The campaign featured interviews with both residential and commercial clients, including local non-profit organizations, allowing real stories and experiences to become the voice of the brand. We edited and developed the interview content for print advertising and extended the campaign into radio spots using the actual voices of the clients themselves—creating a genuine and relatable connection with the community.
Working alongside editor and copywriter Melissa Wyse and photographer Nonni Sansoucy, we developed a cohesive campaign that combined authentic storytelling with strong visual communication. The campaign ran successfully for several years, helping reinforce Archambault Insurance’s reputation as a trusted, community-focused business.
